Hi, I'm a global tooltip.
During a recent online meeting, partners implementing the Smartly for Competences project focused on one of the most important areas of work – the development of an innovative model for the development and certification of social competences of adults.
The partners told what stage the work on developing the model is at – each of them is responsible for a different set of social competences. The discussions were substantive, at times heated, but above all inspiring.
CONIL ASOCIATIA from Romania is working on a model of competences related to decision-making, self-motivation and teamwork skills.
EKO Group srl from Italy is focusing on developing tools for developing constructive communication, assertiveness and critical thinking.
CRAS Association from Poland is working on competences related to overcoming prejudice, expressing respect for others, their diversity and needs, and identifying one’s own capabilities.
Also in the spotlight is the topic of validating competencies acquired indirectly. How to measure them? How to recognize them?
There was no shortage of topics “from the background” of the project – monitoring the progress of activities, administrative and financial issues. An important decision was also to set the date for the next meeting – this time with a presence in Romania.
Work is in full swing – and this means that we are getting closer and closer to creating a tool that can help with the acquisition and validation of social competences.
