Project Update: “Smartly for Competences”

We are pleased to announce the completion of an important stage in the implementation of the “Smartly for Competences” project under the Erasmus+ programme. Three partner organizations – CRAS (Poland), Eko Group (Italy), and CONIL (Romania) – have jointly developed a preliminary version of the Model for Developing and Certifying Adult Social Competences.

This stage resulted in the creation of:

    • tools for diagnosing social competences,

    • educational session scenarios based on the method of “indirect learning”,

    • the framework for competence validation and a micro-credentialing system.

The Model is designed to support adult learners – particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds – in developing social skills that are essential in both personal and professional life. The proposed solutions are innovative, inclusive, and practical, reflecting diverse educational needs among adults.

We invite you to follow the next stages of the project and stay tuned for upcoming results, which will be gradually shared on our website.
