The main goal of the project is to develop a “Model for developing and certifying social competences of adults”. The project is aimed at adults from groups with lower opportunities, i.e. people with disabilities, living in peripheral areas and with a low level of education.
The model will involve the use of “indirect” learning to develop social competences. The solution includes the diagnosis of social skills, their validation, as well as the principles of issuing micro- credentials.
The project planned:
- Diagnostic workshops.
- Mutual learning of Partners and harmonization of knowledge.
- Development of a preliminary version of the "Model for developing and certifying social competences of adults".
- Pilot implementation and dissemination of the Model.
The expected results concern:
- Strengthening the capacity of partner organizations.
- Increasing the importance of partner organizations on the regional and international market by developing an innovative and original method of improving the social competences of adults.
- Development of a "Model for developing and certifying social competences of adults" taking into account recommendations from the pilot.
- Dissemination of the "Model" among 150 educational, training and social inclusion institutions and organizations.
