Results

The main result of the project will be to strengthen the potential of partner organizations and increase their importance on the regional and international market by developing an innovative,original method of improving the social competences of adults. Development of the "Model fordeveloping and certifying social competences of adults".

In addition, the project results will be:

- Catalog of barriers, needs and 9 most deficient personal competencies specific to the target group.
- Increased competences of 6 partners’ representatives in the field of creating scenarios of “indirect” teaching classes.
- Equal level of knowledge of the Leader’s and Partners’ employees regarding the diagnosis of social competences, methods of validation and granting micro-credentials.
- Developed methods for diagnosing selected 9 social competences.
- 9 scenarios of training classes aimed at developing social competences through “indirect” teaching.
- A developed method of validating selected 9 social competences.
- Pilot implemented “Model for developing and certifying social competences”.
- 3 testing reports containing recommendations relating to individual workshops and the tools used in them.
- The final version of the “Model for developing and certifying social competences of adults” was developed, taking into account the recommendations from the pilot.
- Increasing social competences in 80% of adults participating in pilot activities.
- Developed information and promotional brochure regarding the Model.
- 6 workshops were conducted to disseminate the developed model and tools.
- 90 people trained in the work “A model for developing and certifying social competences of adults”.
- Dissemination of the Model among 150 educational, training and social inclusion institutions and organizations.
