The association works for the inclusion and social inclusion of various groups and improvingeducational and personal competences from the youngest to seniors. It promotes the idea of LongLife Learning, which it implements during all projects and other activities. This applies not only toparticipants and their environments, but also to the Organization's staff and the environment inwhich they work.
CRAS is involved in building the so-called knowledge society.The area of particular interest and activity of the Association, apart from professional competences,are the so-called soft skills, on which personal, social or professional success mainly depends.
The Association undertakes activities on a local, regional and international level.
CRAS has extensive experience in project implementation. The association implemented nationalprojects financed from various sources, including: European Social Fund, Civic Initiatives Fund,provincial funds Podkarpackie. The organization also implemented model and pilot projects andinternational partnerships under Erasmus+ and the POWER Program.
Eko Group is a dynamically developing company founded in 2000.The company has 2 directions of development:
1. Technology & Organization. The key points of this direction are knowledge, technologies andhuman resources that are used to meet the specific needs of customers and help them plan theirdevelopment path, contribute to the optimization of company procedures, or develop informationsystems.
2. Research and development (R&D). The company operates at national and European level todevelop and implement initiatives aimed at development and research, in particular in the field of:
- training to improve professional qualifications and update them,
- new training and research methods to solve the problems encountered,
- organizational models focused on social responsibility,
- strategies that minimize existing discriminatory tendencies in society.
Eko Group offers highly specialized consulting in the design and management of socio-cultural research for public entities, educational institutions and non-governmental organizations. The company has implemented national and international projects aimed at developing, developing and testing: innovative teaching models, organizational models, training strategies that reduce existing discriminatory tendencies.
Asociata Centrul de Performanta Before & After School CONIL is one of the largest Romanianassociations, operating since 2012, offering educational services for adults and children andadolescents with special educational needs.
The association runs a kindergarten and a primary school where over 250 children aged 3-15 study. The association's activities also include:
- „CONIL Fest – Integration Festival”, over 20 editions of the event have been held so far.
- Volunteering activities with other educational institutions.
- Ecology and recycling classes to improve the environment.
- Workshops using a 3D printer.
- Conferences and integration activities.
CONIL also carries out activities in the area of non-formal education for adults, usually personal development courses, family and couples counseling, and advisory programs related to building relationships with children.
